I haven't used InfusionSoft but yes it is recommended and quite good for not only email marketing but for running your own affiliate program they have a system that supports it.

Have you used these? Wondering because it seems there are many IMers here in the Boise area using InfusionSoft, and I've seen the other two as well being used in what I thought were pretty professional-looking layouts, BUT I also haven't seen the admin side of them.

Actually I already know what is the purpose of Aweber, and it's the best out there. For a small investment of $1 for the first month and around $19 for the succeeding months, it's worth for your e-mail marketing campaigns. I might try this out soon.
