I Went out on a Little Adventure to Share with all my Readers a Tip or Two on Effective Ways to Sell Yourself:
1. You can go to any bar in the world, If anyone asks you why you are taking photos you can say your the CEO of a marketing company and that you are here to sponsor this bottle company by taking a photo with you and the bottle. Then you give them your business card, immediately without any exception they look at you as important and perhaps call you the next day. Or contact an alcohol company directly and tell them you would like to travel the world at their expense and promote their alcohol.
2. Book a conference room to get political candidates to join and tell them that there is much better options then Billboard and TV Advertising for this years budget and get the marketing department to contact you regarding online marketing for their community projects. Tell them that contacting you to have action steps taken rather then chit chatting is the key!
3. Forget about wine tasting, now their is fruit tasting. Put together a list of fruit juice companies to contact and send them through a photo of your obsession with fruit and offer your fruit tasting services. Also explain that by tasting their fruit you can give reviews in order to get a sponsorship deal or marketing contract. They may love your passion so much that they also let you set up an affiliate program for their juice in order to generate sales and then you can gain commission.
4. Become a Marilyn Monroe Fan on Twitter and write daily tweets about what you like about Marilyn and watch your followers grow. Before you know it you will have hundreds and thousands of fans. Once you have loads of fans you can sell anything you want to them including Marilyn Monroe bikinis.
5. Fight like a warrior, Act like a warrior. When you sell your product or service be strong and assertive and loyal and you will be respected. It isn’t until you become the ultimate champion that you will lead the way. So in the meantime atleast listen to your leaders. You may learn something.
6. Send out a newsletter to all your clients or website subscribers that are on your newsletter list allowing the most important clients to attend. In the newsletter mention for the 1st lot of clients who contact you before a certain date to confirm the booking may attend. Good to get your secretary to answer all calls and stretch a time frame within 2 weeks to place bookings around 2 hours apart for each client. During this meeting you may sell them your services.
