I believe that every successful entrepreneur that ever lived is a fighter. If we lose the fight, it does not mean that we’re giving up on it, because if we are just giving up on it, we are a sore loser. The biggest test in all time to be successful is getting to the top in good times or bad. Being thick skinned is something you gain over time through lessons you have learn’t in life.

If you look at all the successful millionaires like founders of Google Larry Page, and Sergey Brin or even Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg they are all university drop-outs. Not to say you need to drop out to make it big, but you already have a big vision something that is inside, a feeling a passion, a soul that is much higher then any education.

You and your teachers are no longer connecting, so you take a risk and do what you do best. Risk taking also plays a crucial role. If you compare how many kids go to university cause they either were pushed to by their parents or wanted to just because they wanted a good career, not because they were passionate, and compare this with someone who has a driving hungry soul for what they believe in all their life you will notice that passionate people achieve long term success.

I started computers at the age of 15 because I had a passion. Where I was from, there were no real Graphic Design colleges at that age, so I thrived to teach myself from day until night.

If you want to start your SEO career, you have to start from scratch or shall we say, “Start From Zero”. SEO career is more challenging and difficult that what you have spent more than 15 years as a student who learn lessons from the bottom to the top. There were lots of things to learn here in SEO which includes link building and getting your page on the top of search results through keyword analysis.

We start things off by creating our own website or blog at WordPress or Blogger. Choose the template that fits for your niche and if you have some budget on your own, purchase a cheap web hosting program . Then if your site is already indexed with Google at least, you can start perform SEO without investing your money. If you want to make money as early as possible, join freelance programs such as oDesk and apply for some tasks and join affiliate marketing programs too. If you want to spend your money to invest for your own website or blog, you can try it through advertising.

You can buy as many ad spaces as you can, in order to earn traffic and unique visitors. Speaking of starting from zero, if we do this manually by ourselves, we can save money. But since we are using the internet in our home plus electricity, we have to pay or contribute for the expenses. You continue to do that for months until you show some signs of progress. It requires patience, because affiliate marketers are very successful through their months of patience. It’s truly possible that everyone of us will be successful starting from zero when we perform SEO at it’s best.

If you can see the comparison between the “WhiteHat” and the “BlackHat”, it’s about good vs. evil. In our real world, when there’s angels and demons, friends and enemies, teammates and opponents, allies and oppositions, here in the internet where we have our own terms, the WhiteHat and the BlackHat. These terms are related to search engine optimization (SEO), and both good and evil are competing against each other. Before we begin, what are these two anyway, and how can we determine if they are really legitimate or not. It’s a competition like no other in order to determine whether our website or blog should perform this or not.

What is WhiteHat?

WhiteHat is a SEO term which the user or the webmaster are performing any link building strategies in a legal way. WhiteHat is simply called a SEO-friendly way to various search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. WhiteHat SEO are mostly approved by search engines through their proper way of link building like social bookmarking, forum participation, do-follow blog commenting, article and PR submissions and many more. These are now mostly used by the webmasters and bloggers to make sure that they always approved by the search engines, and to continue their quests on getting up to the search engine ranking pages (SERPS).

What is BlackHat?

This is a war between the “angel” of SEO and the “demon” of SEO which they will ask their customers to choose which one of them is legitimate.

For me, it’s better not to do BlackHat SEO but always stick to WhiteHat SEO on affiliate marketing and other make money online schemes. You will be more successful when you work hard in a WhiteHat way, rather to make things easier but illegal on BlackHat SEO. It’s your destiny to choose whether you will be on the “angel” side or to be one of the “demons”?
