Soaring From Zero To Success

I believe that every successful entrepreneur that ever lived is a fighter. If we lose the fight, it does not mean that we’re giving up on it, because if we are just giving up on it, we are a sore loser. The biggest test in all time to be successful is getting to the top in good times or bad. Being thick skinned is something you gain over time through lessons you have learn’t in life.

If you look at all the successful millionaires like founders of Google Larry Page, and Sergey Brin or even Facebook Founder Mark Zuckerberg they are all university drop-outs. Not to say you need to drop out to make it big, but you already have a big vision something that is inside, a feeling a passion, a soul that is much higher then any education.

You and your teachers are no longer connecting, so you take a risk and do what you do best. Risk taking also plays a crucial role. If you compare how many kids go to university cause they either were pushed to by their parents or wanted to just because they wanted a good career, not because they were passionate, and compare this with someone who has a driving hungry soul for what they believe in all their life you will notice that passionate people achieve long term success.

I started computers at the age of 15 because I had a passion. Where I was from, there were no real Graphic Design colleges at that age, so I thrived to teach myself from day until night.

If you want to start your SEO career, you have to start from scratch or shall we say, “Start From Zero”. SEO career is more challenging and difficult that what you have spent more than 15 years as a student who learn lessons from the bottom to the top. There were lots of things to learn here in SEO which includes link building and getting your page on the top of search results through keyword analysis.

We start things off by creating our own website or blog at WordPress or Blogger. Choose the template that fits for your niche and if you have some budget on your own, purchase a cheap web hosting program . Then if your site is already indexed with Google at least, you can start perform SEO without investing your money. If you want to make money as early as possible, join freelance programs such as oDesk and apply for some tasks and join affiliate marketing programs too. If you want to spend your money to invest for your own website or blog, you can try it through advertising.

You can buy as many ad spaces as you can, in order to earn traffic and unique visitors. Speaking of starting from zero, if we do this manually by ourselves, we can save money. But since we are using the internet in our home plus electricity, we have to pay or contribute for the expenses. You continue to do that for months until you show some signs of progress. It requires patience, because affiliate marketers are very successful through their months of patience. It’s truly possible that everyone of us will be successful starting from zero when we perform SEO at it’s best.

But we know that most of our referrals are not serious on what they’re doing in order to earn, so it requires motivation or else they will quit. Usually they need guidance from their referrers. The reason why we need affiliates is to earn huge amount of money for our own needs and wants. Affiliates are now considered as one of the huge making money portals in the internet. Since it was practiced in the late 90’s, affiliate marketing was truly developed with the likes of Clickbank, CJ.com and many other networks. Now you can see that there are many affiliate networks which exist throughout the world, and it’s still growing. We need affiliates because of money, and it’s one of the reasons that more millionaires have been created for just simply using affiliate marketing for their own website or blog. Not all of the make money online streams are easy, because everybody knows that everything starts from the bottom and to be successful you must work hard for it. It may take either months or years to build up your website or blog. There are different types of affiliate programs which you can count on, in order to earn money:

1. Pay-per-sale – this affiliate marketing option lets you earn while the user purchased a product on the ad you promoted to your own website or blog. Some programs that are implementing this program are Clickbank, Amazon, CJ, ShareASale, etc. You will gain percentage for every sale you generated in your account which you use your own affiliate link, together with your affiliate ID on the banner, widget or the link itself.

WhiteHat SEO vs. BlackHat SEO

If you can see the comparison between the “WhiteHat” and the “BlackHat”, it’s about good vs. evil. In our real world, when there’s angels and demons, friends and enemies, teammates and opponents, allies and oppositions, here in the internet where we have our own terms, the WhiteHat and the BlackHat. These terms are related to search engine optimization (SEO), and both good and evil are competing against each other. Before we begin, what are these two anyway, and how can we determine if they are really legitimate or not. It’s a competition like no other in order to determine whether our website or blog should perform this or not.

What is WhiteHat?

WhiteHat is a SEO term which the user or the webmaster are performing any link building strategies in a legal way. WhiteHat is simply called a SEO-friendly way to various search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing. WhiteHat SEO are mostly approved by search engines through their proper way of link building like social bookmarking, forum participation, do-follow blog commenting, article and PR submissions and many more. These are now mostly used by the webmasters and bloggers to make sure that they always approved by the search engines, and to continue their quests on getting up to the search engine ranking pages (SERPS).

What is BlackHat?

BlackHat is a SEO term which is an opposite to WhiteHat. They are the “demons” of the SEO world which users are just perform some link building strategies in an illegal way. One of them is spamdexing, which you post topics or replies that are “out of topic”, together with the link you promoted. This is not SEO-friendly, and once you get caught, search engines may ban you for good. This is not truly recommended for the webmasters and bloggers right now, or else they would suffer the consequences of taking their high risks to be banned by different search engines.

Right now, there are other copywriters who publish mostly on BlackHat SEO eBooks, which there are techniques on how not to be caught and get banned by Google, Yahoo and Bing, but it’s still too risky and your money could be wasted. Why don’t we try to look for some eBooks that are related to WhiteHat SEO? This is a war between the “angel” of SEO and the “demon” of SEO which they will ask their customers to choose which one of them is legitimate.

For me, it’s better not to do BlackHat SEO but always stick to WhiteHat SEO on affiliate marketing and other make money online schemes. You will be more successful when you work hard in a WhiteHat way, rather to make things easier but illegal on BlackHat SEO. It’s your destiny to choose whether you will be on the “angel” side or to be one of the “demons”? No one will force you to do that, but I only tell you guys the right thing to do when it comes to SEO.
