Back in Thailand from Australia and enjoying the usual
It’s great to be back in Thailand and today I had a real nice time eating before going to the gym and after the gym! Nothing better then spoiling yourself!
When you work hard you should always treat yourself with lots of healthy food, this will keep your mind ticking and feeling great. Whats more is I love these hot pot style of restaurants where you can cook yourself. It’s easy, just put the food into hot water yourself, I let my wife do this for me, she loves it!
Make sure when you have these kind of meals you go crazy with the sauce, basically add as much sauce as you can in with your small bowl and hot water to get the most taste out of the dish!
If you are not familiar with these places, MK Restaurant is a good one, and I recommend it for anyone that lives here or is traveling here.

I like cook yourself restaurants. I enjoy it.
healthy snacks after workout are really required to replenish your energy and help repair your muscle tissues. But we should avoid complex and heavy food..
