Tags:

Are you ready to make some serious money?

If you have been one of the few looking around at getting the right quality program to make you money on the internet then what you are about to see, will blow you away.

First let me give you a bit of a rundown on my own experiences with programs…

I have always been involved in some way buying my own programs to help me get better visibility on the internet through search engine optimisation along with converting sales using email programs and basically finding anything that can make me money, I have bought.

You can only go so far by using free information on the internet, but there will come a time, when you need to be more advanced and programs help you keep organised and get more done in a quicker time frame, cause time also costs money right?

A unique make money programs site!

With this in mind I decided to put together a site that displays the best programs that make money out there. Because in this day and age, there is so much junk and scam type of sites it is almost hard to believe anything that gets thrown your way. But what I noticed is there was nothing really out there of quality in one easy to use portal, so I decided to put together Make Money Programs.

The thing that is great about the site is it shows the programs that are for sale with nice big prices so you know what you are getting and for how much straight away. Most of the products also come with 60 day money back guarantees, so you can be assured that whatever you buy has good value or you can get a refund if you are not happy.

The programs that are listed include:  ebooks, software / programs, video courses, membership sites and anything virtual that makes you money. You will find programs on Forex Trading, CPA, Email Marketing, Internet Advertising, Ecommerce, Video Marketing, Making Money filling out Surveys, SEO and much more.

So if you are pondering on what program you can buy that can help you get more traffic or make sales on the internet. Look no further! Make Money Programs has only the best quality money making programs. Check it out!

Setting up an IP VOIP Phone System

Tags:

World Unlimited

IP phones also known as VOIP are the way to go and much better then using a normal land line and much cheaper too. If you are familiar with Skype and their costs you will know that this is the way of the future. The beauty of IP phones is it is just like a normal home or office phone but just plugged into your router so you are basically making calls via the internet.

One thing that you will need to know before you get started is the phone number from which country you would like to create. You can carry over your existing number or create a new one. It’s very handy for businesses that travel around a lot so you can take your phone with you and as long as you have internet connection answer the phone on the same number anywhere you are in the world.

There are other providers as well like CallFire, but I personally found InPhoneX to suit my needs catering more to the global market and suits me more just with customer support and service alone. They usually step you through and if you have technical issues they will get on teamviewer and configure your router for you at no cost.

On the hardware side, you will just need to buy an ip phone adapter, which can be bought through InPhoneX website directly when you set up an account they will take you through the process, and then send this out to you.

Also along side the standard local number you set up, I recommend having a toll free number as well which forwards to the main number. something like a 1800 or 1300 number if you are an Australian company etc. This is great way to get new clients to call you without having to pay for calls. You can create any toll free number for any country using TollFreeForwarding or for UK residents try RingCentral.

You will also need a fixed ip, you can arrange this with your host.

Marketing for Hotel Management Systems in Asia

Tags: , , , ,

I have been working with a sideline project company lately and have dedicated alot of my time to the hotel software industry. The company I am working with is a 6 year fast growing company momentohs® which is a Hotel Management Systems company and they have in the recent year expanded into Thailand and are in desperate need in getting themselves up to speed with high sales targets in Asia, particularly in Thailand.

Micros who run Opera Fidelio and other smaller Hotel Management Systems that have been around for quite a few years lack certain capabilities that momentohs® offers, and I feel confident I can help grow this company in the Thailand region. Recently we have been able to get Centara on board with a few sites in Thailand and regions such as Phuket and Udon Thani.

We have implemented the system also in the Hotel at BelAir Panwa, Phuket and Solo Sukhumvit 2. We are also talking with Amari group and other various chains which are serious about getting our software implemented for future projects.

Hotel Management Systems which are not only controlled by a booking engine but also controlled by a front end and back end for handling rooms and food and beverage, spa and much more is the key success in having a successful system. Problems with Opera these days is the front end do not work properly with the back end.

The great thing about momentohs® it has all of what Opera has but more and is very simple to use. It also is much more friendlier in the sense that you do not need to export files back and forth which is the case with Opera. And instead of having multiple servers which Opera has, instead momentohs®  is controlled by 1 server even if you have multiple hotels, you run it from just one location.

It also runs on a SQL server, not on an Oracle server which is the case with Opera, which makes it much more cost effective for server licenses and so forth.

If you have left your hotel room on a certain temperature when you come back after few hours your room will be climatised according to the control by the system and will save costs. If your sons birthday is around the corner during your stay in the hotel, the system will record this information, and allow your son to have the 5 star experience you deserve. With Opera it can not record birth dates past the first 2 people of a group that have checked in. With momentohs® it is this and much more that gets you the 5 star experience any high paying customer should expect.

The momentohs® system is really catered towards 3 and a half star to 5 star. It offers 3 main versions, momentohs® enterprise, momentohs® sprint, and momentohs® entree.

Because this product is for a a selective audience, it needs the finest in marketing efforts in order to get the word across to the right people and I find that I am doing well at just that!

If anyone has experience with Hotel Management Systems and would like to leave any comments please do so, I would be more then happy to discuss differences and any other information that is of interest.

9 Best Things about the iPad

Tags:

Finally the iPad is out in US, but unfortunately for us Aussies it is told that it won’t be out in Australia until the end of May.

There is of course so many wow factors that make the iPad one of the highlights in computer history, so I decided to list them as follows;

Weight & Size
It is just under a kilo at only 680 grams this computer makes it one of the very few light weight travel computers around with a nice 9.7 inches.

Screen
Apple has not gone for an OLED screen as some rumors led us to believe but instead opted for an LED-back lit screen, which has 1,024 x 768 resolution and is super bright.

Interface Effortless
Auto-rotation, seamless sub-menus, intuitive gestures, multitouch… the iPhone’s interface is hands down the best among phones – the iPad’s looks the best among tablets.

iBooks
An afterthought to some, but if there is long-term space between the phone and laptop form factors, it’s for a device that’s a tablet AND an e-Reader combined. Enter the iPad.

Apps
No-one does apps like Apple, and the iPad supports all 140,000 existing App Store apps right out of the box, with most likely to be redesigned for the larger screen size before too long too.

Storage
The three storage options – 16GB. 32GB and 64GB – are both flexible and generous for such a lightweight product, and more importantly create several price point options.

iPhone OS
Two of the reasons the iPhone is so loved – its interface and all those apps – are actually both about the excellent iPhone OS, and Apple has seen sense by adapting it for the iPad rather than going the OS X route.

Battery
Apple intends for you to be using the iPad a lot, so that 10-hour battery life is pretty impressive, not to mention the full month on standby – if you can bear to leave it alone for that long.

What do you think? Will you be buying into this latest piece of Apple tech? Let us know below…

9. Screen queen

Apple has not gone for an OLED screen as some rumours led us to believe but instead opted for an LED-backlit screen, which has 1,024 x 768 resolution and is superbright.

Satellite Maps of Haiti Quake from Bing and Google

Tags: ,

As mentioned in my earlier post suggesting Haiti Quake as being one of the most searched keyphrase this month according to Google Trends, I figured it would be an idea to provide something a little more useful and worth looking at.

The devastating earthquake in Haiti recently that killed and injured many thousands was astonishing to see the ruins of before and after shots provided by the Satellite Maps.

Here I have come across a recent video tutorial that shows you how to use the Satellite maps and how to zoom right in on the damage caused by the recent Haiti Earthquake that made thousands homeless and countless people suffering recently.

The Bing mapping system options are very impressive. Although Google Maps still have much better quality, Bing has some nice features in their mapping system, worth playing with. You will also notice in the video CNN have a 360 degree viewing option which is also very impressive.

Here is a donation link provided by Google to support the victims of the earthquake

Happy SEO in 2010

Tags: ,

Happy New Year everyone, and even happier for those who have been involved with SEO for some time. Obviously change is one of the hardest things to work with particularly when one is very set in their ways, but change is good and only for the strong minded. Now has come the time, for many years since 2003 Google had set a patent based on link popularity.

This algorithm structure is based on back links and calculates links, the good from the bad, the popular from the less popular, the authority links from the less authority and weighs up the links from high page rank vs low page rank sites and pages.

For 2010 all this is changing

It has been told recently Google have based their new algorithm on a social platform. For me personally change is good, I get bored easily and concentrating on back linking becomes tiresome and monotonous. Although this will not be totally eradicated there will still be some chance to progress and spend time on other areas. The other areas include:

  • Personalized Search Changes
  • Real Time Search
  • Growth of Android and Personalized Mobile Search
  • Social Search
  • Bing Growing into legitimate option 2

The recent patent is an interesting one as recently summarized. It shows that alot of attention will be focused towards Google Phone, or mobile in general and bookmarking and personalization along with user data information.

This actually tells us that social media is going to play a big role and that Twitter and other Social platform will also be contributing in the data that is shared and will carry weight accordingly.

Those SEO people who are already against social platforms have no option but to turn to this game. It is really a do or die situation. I believe SEO is already changing towards an overall internet marketing platform. To do and adapt in all the ways of marketing on the internet enables you to receive the highest search engine results.

To be successful particularly in 2010 you will need to stay ahead of the game. Working off old SEO ways will be half of the work and sooner or later fade out alltogether. So start getting social, mobile, in the media and above all user friendly becuase this is the way of the future folks!

Best of luck and success for 2010!
