How To Get 300 Subscribers Per Month In 3 Ways

I am pleased to share with everyone 3 very simple and effective ways to get at least 300 subscribers to your website. This strategy has helped me consistently in the past couple of months to get this for my personal site danlew.comemail-subscribers

I set up a simple squeeze page giving away a free seo check sheet which helps other website owners who want to get first page in the search engines a better understanding how on-page optimisation works, and what they need to apply to get their web pages more search engine friendly. For anyone else out there that wants to offer a free ebook or guide I suggest you give something away that is relevant to your niche.

It doesn’t have to be an ebook but in order to get your readers turned into subscribers you have to offer something of value for them to want to receive it and accept that they will get ongoing emails, but also being clear with them to let them know that they can unsubscribe at any time is also important. You need to be honest and clear with your readers, this allows them to have full faith in not only what you offer but you as a person, this makes you look more professional as well.

Achieving your goals takes a lot of tweaking, so you need to apply and once you find a good way to get a consistent amount of subscribers that you are happy with then you know that you have applied the right techniques.

Everyone knows that the money is in the list, (email list) so once you get a good list going you can then email your readers every week or fortnight about updates and products or offers you are running.

Here is how I get 300 subscribers per month using the following 3 techniques:

  1. Squeeze Page – A simple page with a video and email optin is all it takes for me to get around 4-5 subscribers per day consistently, this works well when I submit this on forums, I let it sit there for a few weeks at a time, and the traffic still comes and people still sign up. This works out to be very effective.
  2. Comments – When readers leave comments I have a plugin that allows members to check the box to accept that they would like to be on my Aweber mailing list, you can get this free in WordPress. I also have a plugin called Standout Comments with this I get around 2-3 sign ups per day.
  3. Free eBook – Yeah that’s right, I’m talking about a nice ecover design in your header or sidebar of your website or blog along with your optin form next to that. This is what I have and It is nice and prominent and every day I get at least 3 sign ups, I find that for the style of my site it best suits me, you can also try that or use the Popup Domination plugin.

If you are struggling to find ways on how to build up your Aweber list or any other email list you have then give this a try, it has worked very well for me, even if you apply 1 or 2 of these you wull see an increase of subscribers provided you are getting traffic to your site and also promoting your squeeze page.

Submit A Press Release With PRWeb

Although a little bit costly, PRWeb are really my favourite Press release submission company. I have sent dozens of press releases to them over the years. It is particularly useful to submit a press release with them when you have just launched a company or product or you have a special announcement to make.

Why I prefer a Press Release rather then an Article?

With Press Releases you can create buzz and get your audience to look at what you have to offer, it is more like an advertorial. Where as an article is about general facts of a particular topic and in no way or form needed or intended to be anything more then a smell or trace of promotion.

It’s A Tough Life Travelling Again

I am soon to be launching my own hotel booking engine, and have been travelling around an awful lot particularly in Holiday destinations such as Bangkok and Hua Hin.

I have been speaking with 3 1/2 star – 5 star hotels about integrating our engine for them and so far the response has been overwhelming. I will be sure to give some more detail on the booking engine in the near future. Right now it is still quietly being worked on and not officially ready for launch.

I enjoy the lifestyle that goes with the Hotel industry, this is one of the reasons why I chose to work on this new company project of mine and release this booking engine to the market. Anyway again I hope to release some information about this in the next coming weeks.

I have used loads of Email programs in my years online and nothing comes close to Aweber. What I like about it is everything is laid out nicely from the moment you login it’s right there in front of you, and you can view as many accounts as you like from as many websites as you like and see stats right from the beginning.

ShoeMoney System How Good Is It?

For those of you who don’t know Jeremy Schoemaker, he is one of the most well known Affiliate Marketers in the world today. He makes millions of dollars from blogging and making sales online. He recently launched the ShoeMoney System or it is at least still in beta testing so there are a lot of freebies included  when signing up.

One thing I would like to say about Jeremy is he is always straight up when talking. A very trust able and likable guy in the affiliate industry.


The ShoeMoney System talks a lot about things that are quite in depth and each module is step by step, rather then spilling out exactly what the whole system teaches you, I will just briefly describe certain topics he covers in the initial few complimentary videos after signing up.

What Makes A Great Marketer

I’m not talking about someone who claims they can find any idea and make it sell, I am talking about someone that is not only a talker but an action taker, cause that’s what successful marketers are. Someone that moves with the times. Marketing is about constant change and you keep up with being innovative to suit the audience. With sales it’s different your told to just sell something, in Marketing you are the one that invents the wheel!

Going out and networking with the right people and making it happen is what it’s all about both offline and online. You can be very successful and sales comes easy when you know how to market quality products and services and to the right audience. The key about marketing is you get to know your audience and their likes and dislikes by asking questions.

Questions can also be made by not necessarily by asking directly but finding out through other means, a bit like finding out where on a web page someone likes to click, you do the same with Marketing and you analyze it, and work out percentages and ratios constantly. Marketing is not for everyone, you either have it or you don’t and alot will tend to give up when they do not achieve their goals.

Always start off with a low goal, even if your goal is to achieve making money, be sure to set your goal on say making $1 a day. You will be far more pleased achieving this target and then work your way up from there, then to not achieve your target because it was too high and give up.

Making mistakes is also a great way to learn quickly, never be afraid to make a mistake. This will make you stronger and more determined. It is the stronger and more determined characters that makes a successful person.

Someone that has left university for example with all the know-how under their belt, can walk out in to the world and find that getting rejected can pull them down from getting back up and be easily lead to having low self esteem and not continuing their career path. So education is one thing but you really need the will power.

People who are go-getters understand this. I myself worked as a door to door sales man, years back and was very dedicated and wouldn’t take no for an answer, I would walk the streets of Victoria selling Satellite TV (Foxtel) to home owners in the freezing cold at night. I soon became Top salesman of Victoria in the year of 2003 out of about 100 people.

But what I learnt is the only way to sell to people who answer the door was to sell in a creative way, to change the mindset. I would find out what worked well for me and stick to it, then tweak it, then re-invent again.

Someone that can see a small idea and make it big, and not just thinking of an idea once, always thinking of ideas, someone that has creative vision and entrepreneurship skills and business mind will be a great marketer, good luck!
